Hello!

I’m Mackenzie Collier.

You didn’t start your business to be chained to your inbox at midnight. And yet, here you are.

I help brilliant, overworked creative entrepreneurs step out of survival mode and finally build businesses that don’t eat them alive.

When 2020 turned everything upside down, many of my friends in the creative world were watching their businesses fall apart. My phone was buzzing nonstop with SOS texts. I started jumping on triage Zoom calls, sharing the scrappy systems and processes I’d been leaning on for years. To my surprise, it worked for them too. And even bigger surprise? I loved it.

That experience sparked my coaching practice — not from a grand plan, but from showing up when people needed it most.

What I do:

I help creative entrepreneurs:

  • Untangle their businesses so things finally feel manageable

  • Set up systems that actually work (instead of creating more chaos)

  • Reclaim their evenings, weekends, and sanity

I provide proven tools, strategies, and a clear plan so you can grow without burning out.

What I don’t do:

I’m not here to sell you quick fixes or empty clichés. What I don’t do:

  • Fluffy advice that sounds good but doesn’t actually help

  • Toxic positivity that glosses over real challenges

  • “Sleep when you’re dead” hustle culture that leaves you drained

It doesn’t have to be so hard.

And because I’m a queer entrepreneur, a wife, a foster/adoptive mom of two little kids, and a lifelong traveler, I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle big dreams with real life — from school drop-offs and sticky snack hands, to summers at the family cabin, to road trips, hikes, and unplugged adventures around the world. It’s a full, messy, beautiful life — and my business was built to support it, not consume it.

At the heart of my work is one mission:
to blow up the hustle-till-you-drop myth and show you that creativity, joy, peace and freedom aren’t just possible — they’re the whole point.
